Key Skills and Experience 
Jane Gardiner (BSc (Hons) Psychology, CertHE Health & Social Care) has worked in the voluntary sector for a number of years having worked for a Women's Aid group as a case manager working directly with women and children experiencing domestic abuse, and as a Victim Support scheme co-ordinator, managing a team of volunteers to support victims of crime.

Jane's interest in professional boundaries was sparked early in her career whilst working in a local Leonard Cheshire home with adults with learning and physical disabilities, and this has developed




throughout all her client-based work.

Jane is an experienced trainer and group facilitator having delivered training for a number of groups including social workers, counsellors, support workers, play workers and volunteers.

She has delivered WITNESS' professional boundaries training to a variety of groups including doctors, housing workers, regulatory body panel members, counsellors, psychiatrists, CAM practitioners, survivor groups and mixed-profession groups.
