Key Skills and Experience 
Lynn Hiltz (BA Psychology, MSW) has worked in a number of social care settings in the States including sexual assault and domestic violence crisis service, residential treatment for adolescents, Intensive Family Preservation Service and a skilled nursing facility as director of social services. 

She moved to the UK in 2000 when she joined WITNESS (then POPAN). Lynn worked as an advocacy and support worker for WITNESS for a year and then took on the role of



Services Manager. Lynn has seven years experience working directly with people who have experienced serious boundary violations by professionals. She is experienced at providing both emotional support and help with formal complaints processes. Lynn has provided WITNESS training for a number of groups including people who use mental health services, doctors, social workers, CAM practitioners, voluntary sector organisations, advocacy groups, PALS and ICAS and NHS trusts.
