Professional Boundaries Training For All

Professional boundaries are established through a set of behaviours and are given meaning through personal attitude and experience. They have been described as a 'safe connection with a client that allows for work to take place'. Developing a depth understanding of boundaries alongside the skills needed to prevent harm to people using services is the goal of all WITNESS boundaries training.

Boundaries training with WITNESS typically includes sessions under a range of topic headings, including:
  • Difference between personal and professional relationships
  • Spectrum of boundaries
  • Boundary crossings and boundary violations
  • Effects of boundary violations on clients
  • 'How to seduce a client'
    •
