The course runs every two months in central London and can also be commissioned to be run in-house, tailored to the circumstances of participants.

There is space for consideration of how the core understandings apply to the participants own circumstances and occupational role, along with a chance to decide on any actions needed arising from the session.

“Really good – fantastic insight into boundary issues previously hadn’t thought about or considered.
Great value thanks. Really pithy stuff so could have been very dry but your presentation skills were excellent so it was easy to engage.
Engaging, amusing, relevant. Brought own experiences into the course well. A really useful resource for us to use in performance management.
Thoughtful and plenty of emotional intelligence. Despite high level experience in room demonstrated expert knowledge.
Really relaxed teacher/facilitator. Experience and knowledge second to none.
